Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.rebartoolrepair.co.uk ("Website") operated by Rebar Tool Repair ("we", "us", "our"). By using this Website or requesting our repair services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide specialist repair, diagnostics, maintenance and calibration services for rebar tying tools and related equipment. All repair work is subject to inspection, availability of parts, and your approval of any quoted costs before work proceeds.

2. Quotes and payment

Repair quotes are provided after initial inspection unless otherwise agreed. You agree to pay all agreed charges for labour, parts, shipping and any additional services. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel work if payment terms are not met.

3. Tool condition and liability

You confirm that any tool submitted for repair is owned by you or that you have authority to submit it. While we take every care in handling your equipment, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or faults discovered during inspection that were not caused by our work.

  • We are not responsible for loss of data stored on electronic components.
  • Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the repair service provided, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

4. Warranty on repairs

Where applicable, we provide a limited warranty on repair workmanship for a period stated at the time of completion. This warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.

5. Collection and return

Arrangements for collection, delivery or return of tools must be agreed in advance. Risk in the tool passes to you upon return delivery or collection by you from our premises, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Website use

You may not misuse this Website, attempt unauthorised access, or use content from the Website without our permission. Images and content on this site are owned by Rebar Tool Repair unless otherwise stated.

7. Third-party brands

References to third-party tool brands (including MAX and Twintier) are for identification purposes only. We are an independent repair service and are not affiliated with or endorsed by those manufacturers unless explicitly stated.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Contact
